Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of the Product: If you do not receive the download link for your purchased product within 24 hours of purchase.
- Download Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing you from downloading the product.
- Corrupt File: If the file is corrupted or not functioning as intended.
Conditions for Refunds
To request a refund, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: Provide your order number, email address used for the purchase, and any other relevant information.
- Description of the Issue: Clearly describe the issue you’re experiencing and, if possible, provide screenshots or other supporting evidence.
- Contact Us Promptly: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Any requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after purchasing a product.
- Compatibility Issues: Ensure that the product is compatible with your software and hardware before purchasing. Refunds will not be granted for compatibility issues.
